Life is a dance; God's love is the music!

I bought myself some Valentine presents!! I saw these beautiful flowers this past weekend: dianthus, snapdragons, geraniums, and pansies. I couldn't resist buying some and planting them in two of my favorite planters. They make me smile just looking at them. I have to go out each afternoon and cover them with a blanket, but it is worth it to me. Are you looking forward to spring?

Then, I saw this cute Valentine doll for sale at Ms. Rhea's Sweet and Shabby Roses and couldn't resist her either. Isn't she cute? I love that big red bow in her hair. I guess a girl is never too old to play with dolls!! She has the sweetest crocheted dress, and don't tell anyone, but even her undies are crochet!

I was lucky enough to win a giveaway from my dear friend, Julie Marie, of Idyllhours! I was gifted with this wonderful Alice in Wonderland book with beautiful illustrations. She wrapped it in pretty rose covered tissue and tied it with a pink bow. I love roses and pink!! Thank you so much, Julie Marie. I will have fun reading this to my grandchildren.

And last, but certainly not least, I came home this afternoon from tutoring to find this pretty Valentine box of chocolates on my front porch table. The sweet card with hearts was with it. This was a surprise Valentine present from my kind and dear friends, Robert and Jean. Thank you so much, Robert and Jean.

Well, dear ones, I just wanted to share all of my goodies with you and wish a week full of happiness for you!! Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit!! p.s. Do you like my new blog header? I am sure enjoying it. It was designed by my friend, Debbie, of All in My Cottage.
