I just wanted to share a glimpse into my cottage bedroom, my favorite room in my home.
I love to decorate with soft, romantic colors. . .
my parents gave me this small white cupboard. . .I will always cherish it. . .
I have filled it with my favorite things. . .pretty china pieces. . .vintage embroidery. . .
the top of my chest of drawers. . .the romantic heart pillow. . .little bunny in a paper cup. . .
Every bedroom needs a soft chair where morning coffee can be sipped. . .
And a girl has to have lots of rosy pillows!!!

I dedicate this post to my daddy, faithful husband and father. He spent his whole life loving us and taking care of us. Thank you for that, daddy! You will forever be in my heart. . .

You are right - bedrooms are for dreaming and often we take them for granted, piling clothes and junk in them instead of making them a beautiful & peaceful place for us to rest our bodies & souls - and dreams. Yours is beautiful. x

I think you and I love many of the same things, such as floral fabrics and paintings. I think nothing is prettier and says 'cottage' than florals and soft pastels.
