Down the garden paths~

Gardening is about enjoying the smell of things growing in the soil,

Getting dirty without feeling guilty,

And generally taking the time to soak up a little peace and serenity.~Lindley Karsten

You can bury a lot of trouble digging in the soil.

Dear friends, I am wishing for you a week full of peace, beauty and serenity. Your friendship is a true treasure, and I thank you for it.

Good morning Vicki :) What a lovely garden you have. I'm planning to expand, or even create another little landscape area to plant some new Perennials in next Spring...haven't said anything to hubby yet about doing that though :0 !

Have a great week! Warmest hugs, Brenda

Hi dear Vicki,
Taking a stroll in your garden this morning put me in a serene mood. I love seeing other gardener's spaces and feel the joy that they get from tending them. I can't imagine a life without a garden, can you?
I want to thank you dearest friend, for the words you left for me. I am warmed by your kindness to me and the friendship that we have forged here. What a blessing it is for me to know you and call you dearest.

Hi Vicki!
Oh how wonderful your blooms are! You certainly have a green thumb! I just LOVE your quotes...and this one was awesome:
You can bury a lot of trouble digging in the soil.
I'm forwarding that one to my husband's work email who loves to garden and does he love to dig!
He recently retired from his job due to the incredible stress of it all... {although back to work there for the summer}
I know he'll do something else eventually, and I'm sure, less stressful... but he found that digging in a garden really helped all these years!

Thank you for your kind visits and sweet, friendly comments, Vicki!
Your presence "out here" makes the world so sweet...
*blessings always* Maria

I know I should not envy something but I do really envy your beautiful garden. I cannot have anything like this here in Southern Florida. But it so looks like my garden in England, thanks for sharing, Maureen.
