Through the garden gate. . .

Hello, dear friends, come on through my garden gate. We can sit and drink a glass of ice cold mint tea while we visit. It always brightens my day when you come by. We may see a butterfly float by on golden wings or perhaps hear the flutter of a sweet hummingbirds wings. I hope you are having a good day full of God's beauty and blessings. . .
May the raindrops fall lightly on your brow.
May the soft winds freshen your spirit.
May the sunshine brighten your heart.
May the burdens of the day rest lightly upon you.
And may God enfold you in the mantle of His love.

Hello sweet Vicki,
thank you for letting me thru your garden gate. love your wreath: so creative with those blue and white transferware cups. wish I had enough cups to make a wreath myself but after all what's a garden gate wreath for if you do not have a garden??????
I've truly enjoyed your hospitality and your mint tea. It was nice to watch all those butterflies float on their golden wings and hear the flutter of the hummingbirds' wings.
have a great weekend

Hi Vicki! Thank you so much for the sweet visit... I have made the rhubarb cake with peaches too {apples were too dry for this recipe... you need a juicy kind of fruit}... The cake disappears so fast; it's really delicious!

Your porch is so very inviting. It's one of my favorite things to do, sit on the porch and rock away with a cup of tea!
... and to smell those beautiful roses would be heaven!
*Have a sweet week, Vicki*
