Hello, sweet friends, and welcome to another fun Pink Saturday so graciously hosted each week by our own Ms. Beverly from "How Sweet the Sound". In my first three pictures, you see a powder box that belonged to my sweet mother. I love the pale pink color of it and the romantic raised image on it. I have it sitting on my vanity. The next four images are some of my favorite hand painted rose pieces that I purchased from e-bay: a pink heart and two cupcakes. I think they are painted so softly and so sweetly. The next three pictures are of my new chair cozies made by my friend, Jil, from "Say it with Roses". I posted about these just two posts ago so if you want to go back two posts you can see how they look on my dining room chairs. I am in love with them!! Next, you see not a Thanksgiving turkey but my pink hen. I fell in love with her the minute I saw her. I especially love that bling on her!! I always like to close with a vintage image. As our hearts turn to Thanksgiving, we realize how much we have to be thankful for! Okay, sugar, where did you get those sweet cupcakes?!?! Squeeeeeeal.....Adorable and I want some also! Why don't I lust after gold and diamonds like most chicks? I lust after cupcakes and roses! *Sigh*.....

Happy Pink Saturday. I love the powder box. I can see why your Moma cherished it so much. It was kept so beautiful, so that it might be passed on to you, who in turn will pass it on to yours. How wonderful of a pink cherished family heirloom.
Loved the cupcakes. They are just precious as they can be, and what an addition to your room.
I love the chair cozies. They are so pretty, and take a plain chair and make it elegant. Ofcourse I can sure see my grand babies hands all over them as well. What didn't get dirty, the grandsons would pick and pull off. But I sure do love them.

Where oh where to start to tell you how much I love your pretty things. They're not just pretty, rather they are gorgeous..specially the chair back topper..aka the chair cosy. I have not ever seen one like this and it's just beautiful. Whoever made this has a real eye for beauty..it's just wonderful. Ummm, do you get the idea I love your pinks? :). Oh Vicki what a powder box! Made more special because it was your mom's. It's things like this that add such beauty to our everydays. I would smile everytime I looked at it.
