I have embellished. . .

a few more vintage bottles with laces, ribbons, rhinestones and cloth flowers~

This one already had a vintage image on it so I just added ribbons and a rhinestone flower~

I found these vintage bottles in Boerne, Texas. My oldest son, Jeremy, and his family recently moved to this quaint little town in the Texas Hill Country. He and Lindy will be teaching school in this area.

Boerne is full of fun shops and antique stores so I am sure I will enjoy visiting not only my children and grandchildren but these shopping places as well.

I feel for sure that this sweet lady had some lovely bottles on her vanity table. . . I have a lot of fun creating pretty things. It gives me much pleasure. I hope you have had the time to be creative this week, sweet friends. I know I always enjoy visiting your journals (I don't like the word "blog") to see what you have been up to. You always inspire me! Enjoy your upcoming weekend~love and blessings to you~Vicki

Oooh Vicki!... your embellished bottles are just stunning!... they are so lovely, and I am sure you have a nice relaxing time creating them... I want to try to make some now too... I love that you call our special places "journals"... I don't like the word Blog either... journal sounds much nicer!... xoxo Julie Marie

Vicki, I like your bottles that you have been decorating. They are so pretty. What a way to visit your family and go shopping all at once. I like to go look in the shops, but don't spend much money. I have been working on my lap quilt. I want it to be a little further done and then I will give you all a sneak peek. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs Your Missouri Friend.

Hello dear Vicki! Oh, your bottles are so lovely. How grand you will be able to visit such a nice quaint place while enjoying the love and company of your children and grandchildren. I'll look forward to hearing about the quaint places you will be seeing.

Ooo...I like the word journal instead of blog...good call. Though I haven't been creating lately, you've reminded me that I have to do some for a friend's birthday. So I'm off to see what I'll be inspired to do.

All your photos are always so pretty, and I enjoy just lingering my eyes on them...

Blessings to you for a most enjoyable day!
