Decorating with vintage plates. . .

I love to decorate with vintage plates, don't you? This is an area in my sunroom that I decorated with plates, china and handpainted items. I hang plates in my home, place them on plate stands around the house, and even hang them on the wooden fence in my backyard garden. I also use them as borders in my garden and place them in garden pots. Another cute way I have seen them used is to glue a plate with a hot glue gun on top of a crystal candle stick for an instant pastry stand. Covered with a clear glass cloche is pretty, too. I had a lot of fun at "Pink Saturday" yesterday. I am already looking forward to next week and some pretty pinks to post. Have a blessed Sunday. Vicki

Thanks for sharing your plates! You are a girl after my own heart! I love vintage plates- and they MUST have pink flowers on them. I recently moved, mine are still waiting to be put on display, and you have motivated me to get that done- as soon as I finish my Pink Saturday "tour"-lol.

Your plate display looks so pretty!
I have a few and many vintage tea cups and saucers...
Ipop some faux cakes on them or a Faux suagr cube and make a dISplay from them...
It justifies my need to keep buying them! lol!

Love all your plates they are so very pretty and that little cabinet is adorable. Wish I had room in our home to display the many plates and cups etc that I have from my grandmother. Lots of vintage silver too. I really enjoyed looking at your pretty things.
